Sweetheart Soiree! Calling all Volunteers & Members

Hello Everyone,
Thank you all for volunteering in 2009! I know it is sometimes hard to face all we see each day and everyone is to be commended for their efforts, whether it be baking, dogwalking, fundraising, gathering donations, postering, emailing, or helping with Bazaars and Boot Sales.
Next Sunday is our annual Sweetheart Soiree luncheon and we encourage all our volunteers and new members to join us so that everyone can meet and discuss what is happening this year and what we want to accomplish together. You may find a common interest with someone who lives close to you that you have never met!
Please email me soon so that I can let Kiki know to reserve tickets for you and whether you want the kalamari option for your main course. The poster is attached if you have any friends that would like to come with you.
After the luncheon, approximately 15 teenage students from the Doukas school want to come to the Shelter for dogwalking, so hopefully many of you will be able to assist because we do not know their level of skills with dogs or even their level of familiarity with animals!
