Video - Shelter Causes
This Video is dedicated to the memory of Hektor.

A beautiful black lab that was too friendly for the people of
Nea Filadelphia.  After many nuisance reports, he was
brought to live in our shelter each afternoon - to stay until the
next day.  In the morning the Municipal garbage collectors
would come and get him to run with them as they worked.

Hektor died horrendously in Our Care, in Our Shelter.

We had no space within the cages to keep him, so he was
chained in the only building left with a roof to protect him.

One evening, after the volunteers left, he hung himself by
jumping in and out of the windows in his temporary shelter.

If there was ever a time to support the Shelter it is now -
we may not have enough volunteers and dogwalkers but that
does not matter in the big picture
- what we need is MONEY for supplies to keep our dogs safe!
